Holliman is a Cane player playing in a Louisville jersey. Just like Jeremy Cash is a Cane playing in a Duke jersey. Just like Amari Cooper is Cane playing in a Bama jersey. Just like Watkins was a Cane playing in a Clemson jersey. Devonta Freeman was a Cane playing in a FSU jersey. Those kids should have been Canes.

Reminds me of Patrick Peterson too man. That was a Cane playing in a LSU jersey back then.

If it was the 80's to early 90s or late 90's to early 00's.... Those kids would have been canes.

Sad seeing Cook, Lane and Rudolph on FSU cause those kids.... Should have been Canes.


2016 class looks like a good start, but we won't be back at the top till we lock those kids up much more often. I know some stay but theirs certain ones that we need to keep Canes, that's the key.

Sad how many SoFla kids helping our hated enemy win, while we have to recruit Jersey bc after all, we are an "academic powerhouse". At the same level of other "academic powerhouses" such as OSU, aTm, and Clemson. This admin hates the african american south florida culture.

It's not because of academics, it is because our staff cannot identify the proper players to recruit.

Holliman, Kelvin Benjamin, Freeman, Cook, Rudolf----- all kids that our admin requires special permissions to enter and we used our small allotment up. We don't use the sliding scale here and it's costing us dozens of elite kids every year, while FSU is winning titles.

Holliman is on UL and he went to Prep. We could have placed him and continued to recruit him in PREP.

Freeman had no grade problems, just the prior staff didn't recruit him.

Cook and Rudolph also didn't have grade problems.

We lost Cook and Rudolph because FSU did a better job recruiting. Freeman because of RS and Co. Holliman we should have recruited harder.

Don't get me wrong. I like Yearby as much as Cook. And I like Berrios as much as Lane and Rudolph all as players.

But getting Cook, Rudolph and Lane would have been icing on the cake.


Collins and Kirkland should have been canes too. Same for Sony and Dixon and McKenzie.
