FSU postpones Jameis beyond Championship game...

There's no justice in college football. The people who lie and cheat the most always win. If there was ever a time for karma, it would be this saturday night. Sadly, I just don't see it happening.
 
Move the hearing back to the day after the first round of the NFL. The school had sold its soul to the devil.

An investigation by the Tallahassee Police Department concluded without Florida State running back Karlos Williams being charged over a domestic battery case, according to multiple reports.

The case is being classified as open/inactive, according to a police report released Wednesday. "Without a statement or additional evidence there is no way to further this case," the report says.

The woman Williams was accused of assaulting emailed an investigator saying she decided not to press charges. But she requested a victim advocate, according to the report.


"I have decided to not (underlined) press any charges or make any statements regarding the issue. I will, however, take help from victims advocate to help me withdrawal (sic) from school and start a new beginning with my life. Thank you for (sic) you're concern, this is my own person decision that I have about for a few days, would be best for me and my kids."

Williams is subject to a Title IX investigation by Florida State. The University is already under investigation by the Department of Education over potential Title IX violations following rape allegations against quarterback Jameis Winston.

TPD announced in October that it was investigating a domestic battery case that allegedly involved Williams.

Karlos Williams will be preparing for the draft and NOT in school while he'd be subject to a Title IX investigation by Florida State. Funny thing is that he won't SUBJECT to anything FSU not being in school; he's out of eligibility.

What kind of school did that dumb **** withdrawal from? I didn't know you could withdrawal from Special Ed classes.

And you guys are crazy if you think any lawyer worth a **** would allow for this to occur during the season without fighting it

the same decision would have been made at a the majority of schools

Chise.....it's FSU...it's a fu*king community college on steroids.

I remember making fun of my friend in high school because they denied him....that's how stupid he was.

Take your glasses off for a sec. title 9 limit to file a complaint is 12 months. Girl did so after 20 months. FSU changed the rules to allow it just for this case to appease the masses. The files were turned over to JWs attorney and he was given 2 weeks to review over 1,000 pages of documents. This was getting delayed no matter what. Now the school is doing what it can to not get counter sued by JW by violating due process... i.e. granting him a MINIMUM amount of time to review what he needs to to defend himself. Fact is the girl is a cleat chaser with an extortion hungry lawyer aunt. This like the previous witch-hunts will yield the same results.

It all sounds to official, doesn't it? There will never be a hearing. As soon as the season is over Crab Legs will declare for the draft & disappear. Who's paying the high priced lawyer?? The Tally police or the Golden Chiefs?

Yeah everything you wrote completely false. Love how you guys call her a cleat chasher and bash the woman. You do understand there was evidence but the only reason they ddint prosecute was

1. The DA (just happens to be a FSU grad) said he didn't feel confident they would get a conviction because of the time that had passed. In other words " I don't want to ruin my record and fsu is undefeated "

2. Notice how they never said Winston was innocent or the claim was found to be unsubstanuated? He chose he words carefully and said " we felt we didn't have enough to get a conviction "

3. 3 against 1....Winston , Casher and Darby word vs hers...enough said right there. Actually it could be all of fsu vs 1....because immediately people defended Winston and looked to tear her down. Some ******* society we live in huh...

Lol he would have declared for the draft by then. But hey the NFL is not playing around with the bad press, someone will draft him but he may slide a lot.

It doesn't matter, even if it was held on the original timeline,Winston would have 5 days to appeal (if he lost) and would be able to keep playing while the appeal process happened which would almost certainly last past the bowl season anyway.
