That is the question that needs to be answered. I would be crazy mad if was an FSU fan. They were playing cover 2 with six seconds left. One of the dumbest defensive calls I’ve ever seen. and then to top it all off two defensive backs had the receiver bracketed close-in, and they couldn’t figure out a way to bring him down with 15 or 20 yards to spare.

I think FSU was thinking a quick hit route to field goal range. Didn't anticipate JSU going for the jugular...

What yard line were they on? Think about that. How far do they have to throw the ball, and then stop the clock. No, that was dumb. Norvell said they were playing a cover 2. Some people are saying it’s a cover one, maybe it was. I was just going by what Norvell said, I have not actually broken down the play. I’m sure someone can get a wide angle pre-snap shot, to show what exactly they were playing. But again you don’t call cover one or cover two under those circumstances and from that deep. Ever.

I was at the hotel after our game looking for the Yankees game and checking scores on my phone 17-14 Noles under a minute. I find the Yankees look back at my phone and see 20-17. I’m like WTF. Click watch and was like WTF did I just see.

I didn't know about the Nole fail until the morning, 7:57 am. It really cheered me up, given my fairly lengthy lists of criticism right now.
