He was an assistant AD in the 90s at Maryland and Clemson and then moved onto bigger jobs. Probably wants to go back to college I assume. His resume is not someone to have a small non important position.

Did you read the man's Bio? Definately no clown. We can laugh now but Norvell appears to be organized and competent. We definately can't say that. We were still waiting for a Qb coach to be our OC last year. That being said not trying to come off like this is a big deal or we should be scared.

Lol, yes..did you??? He literally organized the move for the Rams from STL to LA and is in charge of the team travel and logistics. I use to work with him, I know exactly what he does/did. He will have absolutely zero impact to them on the field, good or bad. Y’all need to get your panties out of a ******* bunch. This is an operations guy, wtf are you so afraid of with this?

When you see hires like this, that means the University is serious about football, and we all know this University is not serious about football. Had Fsu kept taggart, they would've been a joke, not anymore, they not messing around, if we think we gone go into battle with alot of this weak *** pieces on this coaching staff, we might as well join the Conference USA conference. Also, no matter who the oc is, coach diaz still needs to give the team direction which he's not at that level. So its either countdown to the manny firing or UM better not leave these firings and hirings up to him, which is why i believe the newscoming out about coach rumph got reversed, thus far cause that would've definitely been the beginning of the end for coach diaz.

I don't know if you noticed us losing to two different Conf USA teams during the same season, but if you did we also lost to Duke for the second year in a row.

2.) Big difference between a football coach that had Mississippi State #2 in the country at 1 point and a football operations director who is in charge of team travel.

It makes me concerned about my alma mater's football program. It doesn't inspire me to jock our archrivals.
