Just because you hire an ex HS coach with ties to a school doesn't mean kids will flock to your team. See Rumph-JTaylor....
Flip side of this is when Michigan/Harbaugh hired the HS coach out of the powerhouse HS in the DMV...believe Rashan Gary went there...that hire was able to get Harbaugh up and running in the upper DMV area. So when it works it works really really well. I personally don't think PS has put in enough time at AH to hold that kind of weight.
