FSU has a bye next week?

Yup. I like how they get to sit on that bad L for two weeks before us but I hate how they have two weeks to prepare. Like typical FSU/Miami games, I expect a slow start and a close game for 2.5-3 quarters then we pull away with a 14-17 point win. Obviously my opinion will change based on how we play next weekend.

They had 8 months to prepare for GT.

I don’t see 6 wins for them if we are being honest .

No BS they got 1 guaranteed win.

Depending on UVA in the post Perkins era they might get that one also. And possibly NCST

I don’t think they beat the other coastal teams

They've got a brutal schedule for the team they have right now. Very realistic for them to start 1-6 like was said above. If they somehow go 2-9/3-8, the pressure on Norvell next year will be insane.

I would be shocked if they got 5 wins on an all ACC schedule with the team they have right now.

These dudes could be headed for 1-10. My bet right now would be under 5 wins......

They can’t afford to fire him.

They look real bad. And if we beat them big in two weeks it'll deflate their whole season. It's really early, but honestly, Norvell would be under more pressure than any FSU coach ever if he won only three games.

Exactly. They don't have the $$$ to do it. Taggart's buyout was massive, and Norvell wasn't cheap. For better or for worse they're stuck with him for the next 3-years at least. Who knows, he could pull it off, but he's got a rebuild job that's daunting.

It is early. I was just looking at that schedule like man without injuries at QB positions on their schedule they are kinda fucced. But yeah it’s early only week 1.

They could probably beat UVA (no Perkins)
NCST

they not beating Pitt or that Narduzzi defense. Pitt looked the best today in all 6 years that Narduzzi has been there. They’ve never beaten ANY team including FCS the way they beat them boys today.

Its a wrap

It will be a game full blunders..

I loved every second of it too! Especially the meltdown at the end lol
I didn't see the end, what happed??????

And I have another question. Before they called the 2nd lighting break, right as FSU was scoring. The announcers said they made all the cameramen go inside because of lighting. This is before they stopped. The only cameras shooting that touchdown was the aerial camera and a guy from the back. It was had too watch. Why? I never heard of this before? All the cameramen run inside for safety during the during the game?
