Per the John Feinstein show, 2016 FSU commit Malik Henry, picked FSU over the likes of Notre Dame and the home town Bruins because he and his family liked the way Jimbo Fisher comes to aid of his players, like a father figure. John went on to say that other big time recruits are noticing how Jimbo is really "sticking out his neck" for his players. Even though John went on to say that Jimbo is completely delusional and unethical in his approach, his main agenda is to win at all cost and that is becoming more and more appealing to many high-profile recruits.

When will this crap-shoot of a program get the death penalty already??? We had a con-artist show some of our recruits a "good-time" on his yatch and Yahoo, SI, along w/ the NCAA, tried to kill us. Yet, so far they have had an alleged rapist go about his buisness while evidence of the incident was covered up by the school and TPD just so he could play in the ACCCG and NCG. This same guy was caught on camera, red-handed, stealing some king crab legs (probably $19.99/lb). He shoots up some dorm windows w/ a bb gun. He yells offensive obscenties in a crowd full of females (all while still being investigated of "school misconduct" per title XI). Then they have a RB who just beat his baby mama (school then pays for her to go away) and he's also accused of strong arm robbery. Now we read reports of a DB who committed felony hit and run w/ a guy, who conspired w/ Jameis last yr to cover up a rape, yet that got swept under the rug too??? And we're the ones on scholly reductions for some THOTS and popping bottles?? Am I missing something here? You would think that FSU plays in the SEC or something.

Jimbo's pitch: come to FSU and you will never get in trouble.

It all makes sense now

It makes sense. Do whatever you want and play for championships. That's going to appeal to a ton of these high school kids.

**** yeah it makes sense!! But why have we been under the microscope and these fools are getting away w/ murder (both figuratively and literally)?

Pretty sad parenting actually. Who needs accountability?

Thats the 3rd recruit and parents who have said that.

This is silly. We all know recruits are attracted to things such as being the 48th ranked in US News, graduation rates, and cool helmets......

I am more angry that we can't get away with stuff like this then rustled that they can

I really feel life football players should be above the law

Kid and his parents suck.

Doesn't matter if they suk this is how inner city parents are, u adjust to win.

the kid malik henry ain't from the inner city, bruh. this kid is from thousand oaks, my guy, in sunny southern california. you may, and that's a slim may, but you may see one maybe two black folks in thousand oaks. its far, far, faaaaaaaaaaar away from the inner city...so in this case, dude and his family sucks.

I would send my kid somewhere that has his back and will go to bat for him too.

The school is asking these students to put their body on the line to make them money. that we kick kids out before due process has occurred, or when a fight doesn't even yield charges, should cost us recruits because it is selfish and unfair to punish kids for an imagined national perception that this administration seems to think miami has.
