LoL!!!! His team sucks regardless of his ethnicity. It's not like he inherited bad players. The players he has were from top 10 recruiting classes.

It's his job to have his team ready to play. They were bad one year (last year) when Frenchy got injured. No excuses!!! Their fans have a right to be ****ed.

He's not getting fired though. He's owed $21 million on his contract. That's sweet money for a guy that is .500 for his career.
