Does the QB room restrict what we can do so much..that the only play PMR is able to call in short yardage situations is a fullback dive? Because he literally called that play on the same drive 3 times!

So seems today is Malik's birthday. Maybe the CR's "start" announcement was a birthday gift. Let's hope neither ends up with too much icing on their chin.

Is there an element of "the sky is falling"? Sure.

With that said, the performance on the field is indicative of the following:

Offensive Development Programs
- QB - below average to poor
- OL - poor to non existent
- RB - above average to possibly elite
- TE - likely elite
- WR - likely elite

Special Teams Development Programs
- PK - average
- PK protection - average
- KO coverage - average
- P - poor to non existent
- P protection - below average to poor
- P coverage - below average

Defensive Development Programs
- DL - likely elite
- LBs - average
- Striker - above average
- CB - average to above average
- S - above average

The QB, OL, and P play is WASTING a great D.

Richt gets paid to lead the program. His QB flip-flop and retaining of a suspect QB "coach" are not what is expected of a $4M employee.

Would your boss tolerate you at work for the same?

These are not to turn backs on the team or bail, its observation on sub par play. Miami's tradition since 1983 is excellence, so are we now to tolerate the performance from the 70s?

Giving richt a pass for calling games without regard to talent deficiencies, is like not charging a guy for DUI cause he was drunk, but wouldn’t drive drunk if he was sober.

And then you try to attack other fans who don't drink the Kool aid like you & call everyone else "bad fans" or "front runners". For the millionth fckin time, JUST BECAUSE FANS ARE UPSET ABOUT LOSING DOESNT MEAN WE DONT SUPPORT THE TEAM.

In fact, if you pulled your head out of the sand for 5 seconds, you would see a lot of fans have actually explicitly stated they support the players, team, program & school, just no longer have blind loyalty to Richt.

We all don't worship at the altar & for those of you that do, good for you. But please, GTFOH with this constant trying to label people who criticize Richt as a bad fan. D$, Stefan & Geo have all harshly criticized Richt because he deserved it.

OP you got this all wrong buddy. As stated in this thread..we are ****ed at Richt and his stubbornness.

If Richt had come out after the UVA game and just said, "Look folks. Loss is on me. I need to do better. And furthermore, I will re-evaluate my duties as playcaller at seasons end. Starts with me as the OC/Playcaller before I can evaluate anyone on this staff or team. But I give you my word it will be fixed"..then 75% of the posters would have still been ****ed BUT would have at least had hope that he knows he is a horrible playcaller and needs to fire himself and get an OC.

For him to make it seem like his playcalling is the least of our problems is why posters are through with him. And for the record, I do think its too early to fly a banner. If we miss out on winning the Coastal? That **** has to fly...
