And if the season goes as planned...Does UM pay both coordinators $1M a year to keep?

do we know how much they're getting now? definitely keeping both of these guys as long as possible, particularly into next year when we lose a lot of key pieces - will be ultra valuable

Completely agree, Guidry has been consistent. Dawson called a heck of a game on Saturday, but we still need to see more, and I have a good feeling we will now that he has a capable QB.

If 'things go as planned' give them both a raise and consider it a bonus for #6. Otherwise I think Guidry is def worth locking up, Shannon probably too - but I'd like to see how he does with a young/developmental QB next year.
 
They probably are already there or close to it.

And no to the question. You give them a raise when they're ready to walk or another team tries to poach.
