I just think Perry's ability to make throws that Rosier can't outweigh his short comings. Rosier would not have made the throw Perry did to Cager on the out cut or, frankly, either of the TD throws: contested slant, on the roll out or the stick move to Jordan at the goal line. I don't think Perry has a good grasp on the playbook and is going to be a one read QB, but who cares? Rosier has command of the offense and still only completes 40%. Put the guy in that can make plays the other guy struggles with or can't make and let's work with it

Offense runs smoother with Malik. I think Richt lessening His pre-snap duties, coupled with Richt telling Him to act like He has a clean pocket all the time, should benefit Malik.

Perry OTOH, while He had a few nice throws, looked like a fish outta water for the most part. No look-off game, can't hit a crossing route to save His life...He was basically running a basic HS package.

There is no documentary evidence that Malik Rosier does anything well at the QB position.
