He played really well. His work will be cut out against Clemson - chasing Lawrence and etienne all game long will be a challenge

Sometimes it takes one big game and the light bulb is turned on henceforth for a player. Frierson played his best game at Miami and let’s hope he builds off that. Confidence should be sky high now.

With Hall out the first half he may just get some snaps back at safety but he’s holding down the striker position. I was hearing Smith was taking his spot but it’s not even close from what I see.

Smith is pushing Frierson to be better, and he’s responded. Which is a beautiful thing.
