I don’t know that it’s been officially announced that Miami is wearing those camo uniforms for the game against Stanford.
What I do know for sure is that they’re selling those replica jerseys online. That’s it.

That’s not an official announcement. It’s that no name author of that article that is saying Miami will wear the camouflage uniform. I don’t know where he pulled that from.
If you read the article carefully all it says is that Adidas introduced a line of clothing items to honor and support the troops. Which is fine. Nowhere has anyone from Adidas or the University of Miami announced the camouflage uniform.
Now, they may very well wear it. But I’d like to see an official announcement before I believe it.

I get what you're saying, but Adidas PR emailed it out to all the sites, which is why you're seeing it on all the blogs. Also the Miami Hurricanes social media accounts did confirm it.

It's the best home uni, even though I enjoy green over white. All black is fine, but nothing beats orange over white. And the black cleats with pads above the knees... we bak.

All the Miami accounts did was confirm that a fan collection was available to purchase. On the same day of the Miami announcement, Washington had a uniform unveiling with players in actual military themed Washington uniforms. Is it possible that Adidas and UM are waiting until game week to unveil the full uniform? I guess. But it isn't how Adidas and their partner schools have operated in the past.

Mario Cristobal’s Hurricanes will wear the new The Honor and Support uniforms on October 25th against the Stanford Cardinal. The jerseys, and accompanying fan gear such as t-shirts and hoodies, are available on the adidas website now, and will likely be available at your favorite Canes retailer (such as CanesWear or the Hurricanes Team Store) as well.
