Seems like Fubo blocks using the same credit card for multiple free trials. Hate to see that...running out of options beyond Hulu as finding streams gets to be annoying

So the new Disney deals with carriers (and presumably part of the current YTTV negotiations) include all of the ESPN unlimited, Hulu, and Disney+ content. For example, Directv’s packages all include the bundle, which is basically integrated into the app.

The carriage fees from the providers are stable revenue with large volume and still central to their business model. So the only people Disney in fact wants to push to its streaming platform are those that don’t have any cable-type services (whether traditional or streaming).

Also, the Sling day pass sucks because it’s only 1 stream and I have 5 kids and a lot of their friends over at our house on weekends. And Directv is like $110/month for the package that includes all the sports channels and I don’t need all that because I still have YTTV (which I’m kind of locked into due to NFL Sunday Ticket).

So that was my rationale. I spent way too much time thinking it over when in the end it’s not that much money.

This YTTV/ESPN thing has ****ed me off more than anything in streaming, but I gotta say Amazon getting the NBA rights so I can’t do league pass through YTTV is a ******* close second.

Haha, I'm a cheapo and don't get league pass till after the break, but I'm actually loving it cause I can watch more games for a lot less since I cancelled YTT V with my prime sub and the ESPN/Disney streaming thing. But that does suck as I was planning on getting league pass through YTTV after the all star break

I watch way more NBA than any other sport so league pass is a steal for me. But not being able to flip between the national broadcast games and the league pass games since I can’t do it through yttv this season is annoying as **** lol

Honestly though I only ever went to yttv because Fubo didn’t have TNT, but since nba isn’t there anymore it might be time to look into switching anyway.

Cool so on fubo you can just flip through every NBA game like regular league pass last year on YTTV?

We better stop or @PIPO and others who hate NBA basketball will yell at us to get off their lawn (thread) lol

No, league pass is only through amazon (or the nba website/app) now so no streaming service will be able to flip between the national games on espn/NBC and league pass games. Gonna have to be multiple apps any way you cut it. Then of course they also have Peacock games now.

NBA seems bound and determined to make watching their product a total nightmare. But hey, their social media presence is great!

Anyway. Yeah we can get back to football lol
