I have UCF on main tv with sound and Tulane on small tv

Part of what caused me to cave was reading a couple articles that said Disney actually does not want that. Subscribers to cable-type services (even YTTV as a cord cutting analog to cable) are much more “sticky” than streamers. ESPN streaming app subscribers cancel a lot because the sports they watch go out of season and so forth.

So the new Disney deals with carriers (and presumably part of the current YTTV negotiations) include all of the ESPN unlimited, Hulu, and Disney+ content. For example, Directv’s packages all include the bundle, which is basically integrated into the app.

The carriage fees from the providers are stable revenue with large volume and still central to their business model. So the only people Disney in fact wants to push to its streaming platform are those that don’t have any cable-type services (whether traditional or streaming).

Also, the Sling day pass sucks because it’s only 1 stream and I have 5 kids and a lot of their friends over at our house on weekends. And Directv is like $110/month for the package that includes all the sports channels and I don’t need all that because I still have YTTV (which I’m kind of locked into due to NFL Sunday Ticket).

So that was my rationale. I spent way too much time thinking it over when in the end it’s not that much money.

Jayden Maiava just threw a really bad pick that was close to being a pick 6 by the DT, but he miraculously catches him at the goaline, puts his shoulder on the DT & forces a fumble into the endzone for a touchback.

Then long play for 65 yards.
