those are rosier numbers. kid put it together when it mattered, but he was pretty much dog **** for most of the game. defense bailed him out multiple times.

No not all, but after game 1 Im more confident in Jarren then Enos. I like the way he called Jarren out tho

Seriously. They won despite his play. Not because of it. ****, all we needed guys to do was catch TDs and make kicks, and our QB would have looked stellar.

I’d like to know out of Boise and Auburn how experienced is their OL. I think that plays a huge part in these wins, but they also did make throws that needed to be made so I’m hoping we see better days from our OL and Jarren.

/UNC winning is more of an indication of how bad USCe is, they are going to struggle starting next week.
 
Too much is being made of Jarren and coach enos first game at Miami. Let things play out and get a better sample size so you can accurately assess the situation... Making a generalized statement based on literally 1 game is asinine and incredibly naive. I mean ****...
 
Agreed, we should move on from last week, Lord I pray the coaches and players have already. We need a big showing in Chapel Hill next Saturday, like a 45-17 type beat down. One, to be up on UNC by 1 in the win column, and secondly; to give JDub some much needed momentum going back home to play against 2 cupcakes the following weeks. I think we absolutely get it done.

Yea Bo is a bad example. Does anyone really want that performance? Yea it was a great drive down in the last 2 minutes but Whitlow carried Auburn. They were just forced to pass. Even Malzahn started depending on the run because Bo was struggling. All that being said, Bo had heart. His performance tonight was equivalent to Perry’s FSU performance last year.
 
I wouldn’t change one thing on this team . They all shared the same blood in the same mud they battled together in the same foxhole.

Fellow Canes this will pay HUGE dividends for future NC run.

Allow them to be battle harden together the corner stone has been layed firmly, now let them bond let them become one in all out comes.

Soon they’ll be a very formidable a threat that no one wants to face.

Let the formation on the ANVIL pounding them to a sharp tip sword.

Watching all those freshman QBs yesterday made me think 2 things, Oline play and OC play calling. The Olines blocked well enough for the frosh QBs and the OCs called plays to build their confidence then 2nd half let them rip. We did neither during the UF game. We can win UNC if the offense comes to play. I trust the D enough to keep them less than 30 points IF the offense has a pulse.

Did those teams miss chip shot FG’s and drop TD passes? Nope but Oregon did and they lost. Did those teams have a dropped punt on their own 6 yard line? Nope. There is so much more to these games. We didn’t play a good game as a “Team”

It's exhausting. Now Enos Jarren wasn't pushing the ball downfield to wide open guys because of Enos' gameplan. The discussion on Game 1 has devolved into unreadable ****ing matches at this point.

No - we should have used a lot more 11 & 12 personnel with our two Frosh tackles struggling they way they were.. He got out-coached in the 2nd half.

How many false starts, delay of games, dropped balls, missed assignments, and late play calls did we have? I like Enos - but quite frankly the offense let us down a lot more than JW did...

I do expect us to get much better as well. But, I was not happy with Enos’ 2nd half adjustments....
