I thought the same thing.. pretty sure you could read his name on their board under WR in that recruiting video a little while back

It wasnt just targets either, there were also names already on the roster like planning depth out for the 2016 season
 
Saw on USC 247 where they wanted Swain really bad. Hope he comes here since they just got Amari Rodgers.

I really want this kid on the team, incredible elevation and concentration.

Good thing is, over the 4th of July Weekend USC picked up a commitment from 2016 4* WR Michael Pittman. Pittman is the third receiver committed to USC in the class of 2016, joining out-of-state prospects Velus Jones and Josh Imatorbhebhe. Pittman is commit No. 14 for the Trojans, who plan to have 21 spots available next winter according recruiting websites.

So this most likely means they don't have room Swain despite his MVP performance at their camp this summer considering there are 7 WR's from Cali still available that are 4* or better. Given that 2 of the 3 WR's currently committed are OOS kids I would believe USC need's to take a local Cali kid to keep the fan base happy.

Apparently he has 3 at the top. Miami , UF, and Tenn all tied for first.

We have Mullins , Bruce , Richards , Henderson all committed . we couldnt possible have room for a 5th WR right? i knew we were taking 4 and we have 4 really good one but i want Swain too. ill boot Henderson for Swain only because i havent seen film on him.

I believe he is Tenn too lose or even a silent commit for them. they only have 2 WR committed. that always need a lot for the system they run.
