I was always curious are Rizzi and Tia Joseph considered also very good? Mario has kept them both around now for a while so I assume so and because they are the visit ambassadors they are most IG facing lol

I mean that’s the same thing as a promotion in a sense. If there is no next step role, a pay raise is basically the same thing I’m saying. Like a on-field coach that also gets a new title and increase pay that still does the same **** they were doing before….

This dude seems like one of the best additions we made, and has been critical at forming connections with kids 2-3 years before they are set to commit somewhere. Extremely good hire, and is a dude you keep elevating when someone tries to poach.

Elevating is when they develop egos at times and start to fail. This is that man’s bread and butter. This is what the man is elite at

Can we all just admit that if a guy who looks like George Costanza with hair has the respect of these young men, most of whom are black, then he must be really, really good at his job. Because you know many of them probably are skeptical of him when they first see him. This isn’t like Jason Taylor walking up to a young man wearing a Hall of Fame jacket.
