In this new world, even the smaller sports’ athletes are bringing in NIL money. I’m a big gymnastics fan, and those kids aren’t making Cam Ward money (except Livvy Dunne), but many are making enough that these lessons are needed. Very few are business majors, and these universities owe it to them to educate them on their finances.For any athlete bringing in "job like" money from NIL and other avenues, they would be crazy not to have an LLC.
And partnering with a bank or credit union is a fantastic idea from both a marketing and education perspective. It’s a win-win-win for everyone.
