they become much less dynamic when they don't have the ESPN agenda bullet points to reference ie. Baker Mayfield, OSU best DL ever, Saquan Barely, Bama dyck riding
Straight facts.
My boy in Houston was watching UM for the first time this season and he was shocked at the playmakers we had. Like he had no clue. He's asking me who is this McIntosh guy? Where is Johnson from? Why have I never heard of Mike or Joe Jackson? Redwine? Homer? Herndon? Berrios?
The nation got their first glimpse of us last night, as did Folwer and Herbie, and I think they were caught off guard by what we've been cooking with down here. It's crazy bc we have one of the best TE's. DE's, DT's. Safeties, and CB's in the nation, and they get no kind of burn outside of Florida.
That's basically my point. For a leading duo, their depth is really surprising. I don't know if ESPN skimps on the researchers, but much of the insight provided is how we'd explain the games to our grandmothers. I don't really care if they support us or not, so long as they're not trying to undermine us. I've heard other broadcast teams at least give football or player insight. Happy as heck to avoid listening to them.
Hurb must suffering from memory loss. Because he did the fsu game last year and saw our DL and was complementary now this year he acts like he's never seen it before. Either he has memory issues or he was downplaying it to fit his narrative.
