Quite the travel schedule for a 17 year old

Does he have some ties the OK that might explain his infatuation with the Sooners? The offer is relatively recent

Man I just want Tromon Isaac from Chaminade next year. That kid is athletic and super physical.

How does a receiver watch that Venables murderball and decide “I like the looks of that”??

I want to get in the habit of making predictions during this column, because I think taking educated guesses is an important part of the job. You all want to know what we think is going to happen, and putting our names on an actual projection to explain logic feels necessary.

My projection for today is Dedrick Kimbrough to Oklahoma.

The 2028 four-star receiver from Thompson is set to visit Oklahoma three times this upcoming season, and he didn't dissuade any notions of the Sooners leading when I talked to him this past week.

Oklahoma was a later offer for Kimbrough, but the staff has done a remarkable job catching up and making Kimbrough and his family feel like a priority.

There's a chance Kimbrough makes a commitment somewhere this season, he said, although he also noted that there isn't a rush to do so.

But with three visits to Norman, and just one other program (Miami) getting multiple game-day visits, the odds are in OU's favor.
