Forum list has been added back to the top bar

You can access the forum list by clicking the "Forum list" dropdown or by clicking "Forums". On mobile, the forums will appear under "Forum list", which is under "Forums".

This change was needed due to space constraints on the sub-menu.

Users are now able to select the "Dark" style by clicking the paintbrush at the bottom fo the page or by selecting the style under "Preferences". This style is in beta so please report any issues. In the future, we will give users the option to select autodetect, dark, or light styles...
