Former University of Miami players will be holding a roundtable on Thursday

Technically they will be sitting at a round table, not holding it.

On top of that, the table will probably be a rectangle.

I look forward to reading the Cliffs Notes.

I’m planning on making Fettuccini Alfredo on Thursday, but you don’t see me making an announcement about it
Announcement would’ve carried a lot more weight if you had assembled a bunch of washed up dudes who are totally incapable of making fettuccini Alfredo at a round table first.

Coker is a knee injury and a terrible call away from being the first ever back to back BCS National Champions. Could you imagine what we would have thrown at him if he did. This program might still be recovering from it.
Program might still be recovering from it?!?!

Are you suggesting that the last decade and a half of Miami football could have actually been WORSE than it’s already been? Lol.

I think Gino will be the new AD. Alonzo will be hired as some sort of football CEO. I am ok with both. I actually think Gino would be great as an AD. Lots of big programs hire first time AD's with zero experience. Lawyers, business owners, rich guys who donate a lot of money basically. The bottom line is that they all have big money connections and can get big donations. It would be nice to have a Heisman winner as our AD.

Imagine getting into a situation where you can't afford to fire your first time HC.

This isn't like Texas A&M guaranteeing Jimbo Fisher $75m (which they could also totally afford to just cut their losses with).

This narrative that's being pushed is mental. It's big boy business - ******* act like it.

I think they could afford it. its all whether they want to do it. I think at this point they may as well save money on the buyout for Manny and let him coach out the year. unless the players are revolting and flat out quit which could happen, it makes sense that they'll wait to fire him. either way, if Mario is the guy idc when they fire Manny. were gonna be waiting for a while for the next coaching hire regardless

Manny senior trying to keep his son in place. These ex players have had enough. Frenk buys into Manny Seniors influence.

The truth about our finances likely lie somewhere in the middle of the tough guy bravado being displayed by people with no real clue and those crying poor with no real clue.
