Former UGA QB Aaron Murray gives his thoughts on Carson Beck

I don't think what he said was bad, This was his opinion and he brought up interesting stuff. If anything this bodes well for us and makes Beck more hungry to prove people wrong. I think him being quiet is good, he's taking this **** personal and he's going to ball the **** out.

* Beck hasn't done anything shady other than People Wanting what he has , & not having as Good year as ‘23.
 
I have nothing but respect for the Cavinder twins' rep of the U and play on the court. Happy they made so much money in NIL and social media. But those itty bitties knew exactly what they were doing with the release of that video. Pure smear, and it reinforces a bull**** narrative. Can't wait for Beck to run through ACC secondaries like a hot knife through butter. F the haters. F Georgia. Mario obliterating them in recruiting and they're singing glory days.

First, Murray remains close to the program, so he has a clue related to the locker room. Any character flaws referenced has to do with his personality and being a bit distant with teammates. He’s driving a Lamborghini or whatever and his backup is one of the guys, hunts, fishes and drives a beat up, hand me down pickup. He wasn’t trashing Beck. He was joking about the social media stuff and dating game. He knows Beck well, respects and is pulling for him.

Given the culture in Athens over the past few years, I have more, not less, respect for Beck if he kept a bit of distance.

Seems it just wasn’t a good fit, culturally. And that’s okay.

Is not Relevent Can Beck Play & Lead us to the Acc Championship which he did twice With Georgia ? All that Matters

Maybe,.. never underestimate the power of Bulls**t that comes out of UGA or Kirby. Having lived in Ga. For 25 yrs, have family that are hardcore UGA alums. I can confidently say that Murray’s statements were the equivalent of MeMaw and Pawpaw saying” well bless his heart”. If y’all get my drift.

Georgia fans spent the whole year trashing the receivers, the running game and the offensive coordinator and now that Beck left that mess, he’s got “character concerns”? Because his ex girlfriend is a social media influencer? Murray makes it seem like Beck is skipping practice to make TikTok videos.

It’s funny because he explains away a lot of the perceived faults with Beck’s on field performance last year but he still has to find some reason to knock him down a peg so he makes vague locker room accusations. Things that can’t really be corroborated by anyone besides maybe bitter former teammates.
