Former Miami starting LB Wesley Bissainthe was granted a TRO & will be allowed to play college football this season

Bring him back to play the Kevin Costner role in Bull Durham for Wiley and the younger dudes. He's not going to make the league. But he would make some NIL money, add quality depth and take a year to learn to be a GA and eventual coach.

For that just offer him a GA position then.

You bring him into the room with an NIL price tag then the expectation is he's going to get reps which takes reps from Wiley, Pruitt, JJ, Busch etc.

Toure and Chase are already the vet leaders in that room teaching the young guys the ropes. Why disrupt the rhythm built during spring and camp?

Wes did his thing for this program, but it's time for the young guys to prove their worth. We aren't losing football games because we don't have Wes; nice player but not a difference maker.

You take the reps from young guys because you're paying Wes then you run the risk of losing guys like Pruitt and Wiley in January. You head into 27 with what at LB then?

Move on Wes make it work at the next level

Our LBer room isn’t some weak link far from it.. I don’t understand how yall make up **** in your heads on this board and then act like it’s a common understanding in reality?

@DMoney this is Gaslighting 101 lol I recall you saying you wasn’t sure what it really means.

Two All conference caliber veteran LBers starting with multiple potential all conference caliber younger players pushing behind them. It’s time to let this group raise the bar.

Would love to have Wes back cause he’s a Cane and experienced player who was here to help establish Mario’s culture.

Don’t like what it could mean and do to our young guys that we really need to develop, cause we potentially lose 3 (if Wes comes back) for next year.

I would say sorry Wes. If a G5 or a Canadian team wants him I am all for it. But with The U sorry no dice
 
We don’t know what our LB’er room is and then there’s a 16 game season (fingers crossed), where injuries may occur. LB was not our biggest strength on D last year.

This time last year, many people had JoJo as our best WR. Don’t deny it, the internet never forgets. 🤣
