I agree. We have a great defense, but a hypermobile quarterback is always trouble.

On the offensive side, though, I don’t think the Ole Miss defense is anywhere near as good A&M or Ohio State.
Chambliss was running for his life at times tonight, Georgia just did a poor job of containing him. Miami has to maintain contain, and with Miami being able to get a ton of pressure with only 4, that makes it a bit easier to spy and contain... Chambliss is good, but Miami should be able to compete.

Miami has a MUCH BETTER defense than UGA. Ole Miss will still be a challenge.

No one said Ole Miss won't be a challenge, but if you look at them, they are a bit of a finesse team. That's the Lane Kiffin effect. If Miami comes out and plays the kind of physical football we've seen the last two weeks, Ole Miss won't respond. Ole Miss doesn't want any part of a straight up rock fight, and if the game comes to that, I don't like their chances.

That said, Miami has to approach this game with the same intensity that they've approached the last 2 months. Another strong week of practice, another week preparing with a chip on their shoulder. This is where the staff earns their money. It's tough to keep a team locked in for months on end, but this staff has to find a way.

Ole Miss hasn't seen a defense like this b/c there's no defense close to Miami's in the SEC. There just isn't. Oklahoma is closest but they're not close. Ole Miss won't score more than 20 points against Miami. And, Ole Miss' defense hasn't seen an OL like this either. I think this game will look similarly to a Chip Kelly led Oregon facing an SEC team. Ole Miss may have a few moments but will be physically overwhelmed.
