Yeah. I live in an area known for restaurants. Very dense restaurant area. I look around and see one restaurant closes. Another one goes up in its place. So much turnover. I would never want to go near that business.Dude probably has enough cash to open a private bank account and get legit, solid investment advice (not cookie cutter Edward Jones BS). That said, I'd opportunistically average into real estate over time. Single biggest wealth creator in the history of the US is property ownership.
Restaurants? Great way to lose your shirt.
