Very true....I know I kidded about it earlier...but after what I've seen the last 2 weeks happen to people I really care about, things are Horrible for alot of people. I've done what I could do to ease the pain...Hopefully these tough times come to an end soon...

I gave my entire Stimulus Chk to 6 of my Layed off Sous Chefs yesterday...$200 to each of them....My Executive Chefs who were layed off...(4 out of 6) can weather the Storm easier....Most awful feeling in the world is to have to Lay someone off....especially young hardworking individuals....
