Who wants to coach this team? That will agree to the money and isnt a blind shot in the dark?

Al has been too stubborn too long. Adjustments have been made and the team looks better period. If he leaves for whatever reason who replaces him without seeing us back

The only guy who would win here, not leave & come at a reasonable price is Butch Davis.

In other words, no one.

Ed Orgeron could be lured.. There's talk he may go back to USC but he's got integrity.. He's one of the best recruiters in the country has Head Coaching experience (not great at Ole Miss) but did a great job as Interim head Coach at USC last year.. Won 2 National Championships with The Canes, plays an aggressive D, his players are drafted.. Only downside to him, is he had a bad personal experience in South Florida way back when.

Battered wife syndrome. "Oh who on earth would want to coach our little old program? We aren't good enough to land another coach."

In case anyone forgot, our BOT told Dan Mullen to **** his own face after his interview, he was too "mean and ****y." Nailed it.

Im not advocating Al I have no faith in a cheap admin that has fallen in this aspect before.

But I truly wanna know who. I think Miami as a program and location sells itself. But do the BOT cash out? And who isn't loyal to the dollar these days

Anyone who wants to win a national championship and have a chance to move up the coaching ranks.

4 coaches in a row, Schnelly, JJ, Erickson, Butch went on to coach in a pro setting. A lot of coaches have NFL aspirations. Come to Miami, win a NC and go to the NFL.

Its not hard to find a quality coach, we just happened to hire 3 duds in a row.

Different era bro. Its not just the big 3 anymore. But i think our body roadblock is the money

We have been mediocre for 10 years, haven't recruited that well for the last 4, have had a ton of attrition, and have a below average coaching staff and we aren't that far away from a team that has won 26 straight games.

Winning at Miami isn't rocket science. If you want to blame money or a different era for our failures then that is fine.

What guarantees success here? A lotta kids chase that check. Bagman check.

How many coaches are really worth a **** and how many want 2M here when ppl are pullin in more at places where its harder to win.

Thats what Im askin. Everybody looks better than the ****up that works for you until that other guy becomes your next **** up.

U cant keep a woman with Ruth Cris appetite with McDonalds money
