For fun... Who was worse? Pat Nix or D'onfronio

Nix was bad, but despite his predictability, tendency to overthink the play, and love of 3rd and long draws, I still had faith that we had a shot to win in close games, even if we did not.

With NoD, you know for a fact we would get shredded every game. If there were 10 seconds or more on the clock after our go ahead TD, I always felt the other team still had a shot to score. NoD will find a way to let you get 50+ yards in less than 10 seconds so you can score the game winning TD or FG. When I think of a NoD defense, I will always remember making Logan Thomas look like a Heisman contender and getting our final score with like a minute left in the game knowing that this typically conservative VT offense was going to score and win. This guy broke so many records for sucking so he has to be the worst.
 
I can remember one or two games where I said "Nix's game plan wasn't horrible today." I can't recall a single game where I paid D'Onofrio a compliment. He has been historically awful from day one.

Can't agree more. I sit here every day and tell my wife that this dude gets paid quite a bit of money to suck at life. He has no feel for the game, can't make adjustments, and just plain sucks!!!! Nix was horrible but this guy is ******* disgusting at his job.
 
Nix was the worst coordinator in the history of this program, Doritos has given him a close battle
