Football Season Ticket Holders

My season tickets have increased every year for as long as I can remember. I have 4 seats in 102. Last year they were $280 each, this year they are $300.

$722.00 2 tickets & parking pass, been a season ticket holder since 1993.

Ok, breaking it down;

That equates to:
$62 per ticket avg, over the 5 home games. (Remember, we have no D2 team on the schedule next year)
Includes a parking pass, which I will say at a discount is $20 per game.

Man $62 per ticket for that section is pretty reasonable to me. If you want to save $100 bin the parking pass and carpool. I am not sure how much lower a ticket to a top-tier sporting event in south florida could be. You would not get into the building for $62 to see a heat game, and a fins game is like $100 for nosebleeds.

You are getting a good deal. Take a step back and factor in inflation over the 25 years you have held season tickets...

$30 a ticket is pricing you out of the market.? I admit im surprised they raised priced after terrible season and no marquee games at home in 2019.

Man they are a rip off. My first year I paid 140 for section 234. The next 300+, now I believe they're more. The endzone suite my friend got me into, he's been there for 6 years. He started out around a thousand and now they're $2100. **** is insane, I can't afford it much longer; especially when I have a 65" 4k at home and always see way more on that than in person

We only have 5 home games right now, we have 2 games we haven’t scheduled yet which will probably be home games.

The product makes the price hard, I can afford it and not break a sweat but justifying it after this past year is hard. I’m going to renew, and give Mark another year since this is technically his first bad year with us. If next year is more of the same I better see changes or I’m going game by game basis.

I agree the crap product is what's more maddening. How you going to increase cost for less performance?

I just spoke to the UM ticket office and there will be 6 home games next season. They are working out a deal with an FCS school. It will either be the home opener or the 2nd home game.

CMR returning his 93rd ranked O drives up the rates....... smh.....

I travel by myself from Ft. Myers. No one to carpool with.

Have not renewed mine yet either. Thinking about just doing stubhub and saving a ton of money.

They raised mine $200 more. Am going to call and see if I can purchase 1 ticket.
Good news. I can purchase 1 ticket. If I stay the same with 1 seat, and I purchase a yellow lot parking pass, instead of orange parking pass, the grand total (including required processing fee, it is $440.

Thinking about switching to upper level right above me. Rows 1 - 15 are $170 per seat, Rows 16-30 $162 per seat. We have until January 31. Thanks for everyone's input.

I called UM ticket office today to confirm the amount of games next season and price. They asked if i was going to renew and i said I wasn’t sure due to my dissatisfaction with the product on the field.

What the representative said was interesting...

“Well the good thing is you have until January 31 to renew. You can wait to see how the coaching staff evolves and they still have the bowl game.”

I never said anything about the coaching staff.

Maybe the representative said that because alot of other people have complained about coaching? Or maybe there are still changes coming? I doubt a ticket sales rep would know.

Just wrote the ticket office today to tell them I was willing to improve my seat from the $2400 I paid last season for 4 seats to Legend's Club seats that would be more than double the price, only one thing, I CAN"T STAND WATCHING THIS CRAPPY FOOTBALL that Mark Richt puts on the field!

I am dropping my season tickets as the product is unwatchable, from the entire stadium clapping pre-snap along with Nkosi Perry who stands in the shotgun on every play, to the no receivers in motion, to the one or two formations they run out of or the 6 different plays they call, all the way to the punters that don't know how to punt. Well the final straw was last week when they went on an extensive search for a replacement for Manny Diaz and the search continued for 1 day!

Honestly, this product as presented is the equivalent of a mediocre high school team playing in the greatest stadium they could ever imagine playing in and running a high school offense. I have no doubt that Richt will create an equivalent high school defense to go along with HIS offense. Until Richt is gone this is amateur hour and the boss is getting $4MM to perform in this amateur production of Hamlet and Richt is asking his offense "To be, or not to be?" and the offense has apparently replied, "Not to be!" And my wallet will have to close up shop, otherwise I am complicit in the crap show. How out Board of Trustees sits around and does nothing is probably to most discouraging part, I know our AD is worthless but they are affiliated with the school long term and Richt is destroying his own alma mater and Nero fiddled while Rome burned!

My $5K may not mean anything to them, but if you have alums that feel that way about what they are seeing and you do nothing, malfeasance is a good description.
