There are alot of football camps out here. Just wanting to know which camps are good camps to attend for prospects to more exposure. Just wanting to know since there are so many camps out here. Which camps would you suggest?

Need to get a verified online profile for starters. No way you can go to every school to be seen by their staff and the ones you do go to you better have your name on their list or else you are just a cashed check. Coaches aren't able to attend combines either so that is good data to use but don't expect coaches to be there

Depends. You have to be honest with yourself or your kid, cousin, etc. on their prospects.

Often times its better to go to the smaller schools to camp because its easier to gain exposure. Plus landing some smaller offers or interest can lead to the big boys taking a second look or so. As opposed to going to a UF camp for example where there are hundreds of kids and coaches for the most part are only paying attention to the well-known, all-american type kids there. So if you don't have a name going into the camp chances are you'll be overlooked.

Depends on his grade.

Underclassman go to as many college camps as possible ( the recruiting service camps are a waste).

If he is a senior only go to college camps where that school has a general interest. Save the time and money. Sure there are chances that an off the radar kid can go to a major football camp and walk away with an offer but those are once every couple of year type situations.

Agreed with these other gusy..they dropped jewels here.

If its a senior ....go to a camp of any letter the kid received...even if its small schools....make sure u contact the coaches before hand.Develop sort of a relationship....the al golden camp seems to be good as their are smaller school coaches there looking at kids also...at tehse camps kid needs too compte like ****...if its the bigger camp...meaning if their are the big time prospects there kid needs to line up against them...and take as much areps as possible.

we had a few kids hating on golden's camp last yr...because they might of felt like they did good..but didnt pay attention to that they may have been goin against underclassmen or kids with no shot at div1 aa div 2 offers.

But collect the small school camps...getting an offer from them is better than feeling good about a letter from bama that their athletic tsaff sent out to everyone.

Definitely make sure to have your coach contact the coaching staff of any prospective camps so that your aren't just some cash going into the hands of assistant coaches and GAs. If any schools are showing interest definitely head to those camps because it's always about going where you are wanted.

If it is a 3 day camp the best day is usually the second day and sometimes it is not necessary to attend all 3 days.

That is how I have done it the last few years.
