Maybe this needs to be locked and all info coming from Flo not be allowed until CIS has a chance to investigate the validity of these accusations.

Then if it is true then the accused should not be able to post on here and if it proves to be just a fabrication then the accused and all his other names should be banned for good.

Pretty simple. I love the U. I love the community. I don't post here because I hate forums in general but I have been a CIS guy almost since it started.

I love this community so much that I think we have an obligation to make sure everyone knows about this sicko. That he can never do what he did, which is relocate from one community (volleyball) to another (ours) again. I have experienced this with my parish growing up. The inclination to want to not talk about it is understandable. It is gross and sickening and just not fun to think about.

But not talking about it helps the sicko. That's it. So despite me hating forums, I got all the time in the day for this sht. I don't care about some childish moderator telling me to go kill myself. I don't care about how uncomfortable this situation makes you. I care about this creep never being able to be around kids again. Around recruits again. Or any other community ever having to do this again.

How would you feel if your parish priest molested 26 kids including a bunch you knew, and the entire community while disgusted didn't want to talk about it or made a stink, and then that parish priest was just relocated to another country where he continued to interact with kids?

You would want to make sure that any community you love never makes that mistake again.

Also an actual lawyer. The documents have been posted. The conviction is public record. The copies of the text messages are in multiple court documents and news stories.

It’s personal for you, how do you know it’s not personal for him? Obviously this subject hits everyone differently. In this crazy world we live in now, think last thing we should ever wish upon a fell cane brother is death. Agree to disagree respectfully. I appreciate why people don't want to talk about it or don't think it is appropriate and my personal experience is that is an understandable but incorrect and actively harmful instinct.

I don’t need to speak to people in that community, when unlike you, I have a kid who as on a championship team that grew up 20 minutes from where you whose coach was convicted of doing this to her teammates. I don’t have one issue with your disdain for this dirtbag, however, you need to apologize to CIS for accusing us of defending a pedo *** offender.

I used the word allegedly, not @RVACane. And if you are a halfway intelligent attorney, then you know that word is not designed to protect Flo, but is instead clearly utilized to protect CIS (and me). Because until I look at something for myself, I am not going to speak in absolutes, especially something as terrible and character-debasing as pedophilia. Suffice to say, if what's being reported is true, I personally won't be consuming any of his media going forward or otherwise marketing his work.

But I am not replacing my own investigation with the word of anonymous poster(s) on the internet. Especially when the/those poster(s) created brand new accounts to report on something that appears to have happened 14 years ago (at least based on the article and *** offender registry information posted). I question the timing and the motivations of such people, who either are not part of this CIS community in the first place, or are/have been, but decided to obfuscate their username by creating an alt.

And I didn't delete the first thread, but I absolutely understand why it was deleted. But notably when @Damiencane86 posted some of the same information, it was not deleted. Because he is a member of this community standing behind his reputation here, which makes his motivations in posting that info far less questionable IMO.

He’s not on cis. @lindend covers people’s predictions and that guy is one of them. Lindend had no knowledge that this guy is a convicted *** offender. None of us did. So I’m not going to tolerate being called a defender of a pedo *** offender sorry.
