I saw a few of their posters mentioning his name. Apparently, he's been in trouble before and they were worried he could be again. We don't have anything solid at the moment, though we do know a starting safety and DT (now leaving them with 3 DT's for the game) will likely be suspended.

If he were to be suspended, and there isn't anything solid to indicate he will be, it would be a massive loss for them. They don't have another WR with the same big play ability. Also limits a lot of their trick plays, as Toney was an integral part in executing them last season.
