The bust rate on QBs is so high I don't trust any staff to know which HS QBs are worth paying Cam Ward money before they ever take a D1 snap, but reasonably-priced guys with upside like Judd and Nickel don't seem like bad moves -- stack those guys and when one of them hits you ride with him instead of portal.
