I saw many of these Alabama and OSU players recruited by CMR, including Max Jones from Jacksonville Bolles, and we always struck out.

with just a little success this season, the Canes protected their backyard a little better. Let’s hope this becomes a trend

Florida might not produce the quantity of other states but you can survive with local ones at QB.
Since 2015 in state QBs, Lamar Jackson, Tyler Huntley, Felipe Franks, Mac Jones, Perry, Milton, Penix jr, Carson Beck.

These numbers are a little off, and slightly misleading - but it further highlights how Florida has the most talented players. There's just no debate there.

While the 11 "blue chip" players are great - it's really getting FL guys that are Top 50 in the country type players that tip the scales, and Miami hasn't been able to close those guys in the last 10 years.

Getting 2 Top 20 guys in Williams and Taylor in 2011 is a great start - getting a couple of those type guys in back to back classes and stacking them up is the trick.
