Look at our example, Mark Richt. We got him past his prime, but he managed a few decent seasons.
Do you really wanna pay top dollar for a guy who might have his fire burnt out after a couple of years?
Not to mention; Saban WOULD have to play the NIL game. Thats the reason why he retired.
Mack Brown made UNC a respectable team for a bit, but again, petered out. Are the old heads at uf going to tolerate his control freak ***? Are they gonna put a HCIW beside him?
Being the guy for a D1 school is incredibly stressful and demanding. Why leave a cushy commentator/aflac thing for UF who will expect you to win now?
Urban Meyer, same thing. How long is it gonna take for him to have another 'heart attack'?
