This guy has earned his honorary Florida citizenship...

1. Stole a forklift from Lowe's.
2. Drove forklift to Home Depot. Why?
3. Rammed into a car in HD parking lot, but not just any car, a car with a 73 year old woman inside, sleeping, after midnight.
4. 73 year old woman gets out of car to run away.
5. Guy runs over 73 year old woman with forklift, killing her.
6. Steals the rammed car where the woman was inside sleeping.
7. Drives to his own house.
