fletcher and toney locked in for next year?

I heard Toney and his right foot are having problems not only on the field but in the locker room also. I'm happy to report that after scoring the game winning touchdown. Toney and his foot have come to terms that they are stuck with each other and there will be no more tripping between the two of them. They both will be coming back next year.

DMoney and Pete mentioned there was good news on the Toney front in terms of a new deal on one of the podcasts. Not sure about Fletcher but I am sure he will get his draft status back before making a decision.

I don’t think Fletcher comes back. I hope he does but he has so many options. He could hit the portal and cash out or head to the NFL.

Fletch could probably get 4 mill in the portal if he wants to hunt for cash.

To me he has been one of the best Canes of all time. He gave up being the featured back to allow others to get touches. Such in unselfish player and great young man.

Selfishly I want him back but it is time for him to be that featured back. So I wish him the best in his NFL career
 
I don’t see Toney leaving. That would be a huge gamble on his part. Even if he was chasing a bag, it would be to risky.

Another good season and he is a day one selection. Next year he will probably move outside and play multiple receiver positions.

I would question his agent if he did not return.

I would love to see Fletch run out that tunnel for the U next year, but shelf life for RBs is low and especially for a back with his skill set.

I guess we will see, but like I said about Toney before. I feel the same for Fletch. You wont see those guys in another jersey unless its on Sundays.

Facts, Fletcher is built for the playoffs. The playoffs is where you impose your will. Them boys wanted no parts. Fletch ran like his life was on the line. Let's not even get into his leadership, excellent player, excellent young man couldn't be happier that he is a Cane

Good thing with him is that he has very little mileage. His 3 years he has carried the ball 375x total. A little over 100 his Fr and So year and 158 so far this year.
 
I don't see toney or fletch going to another school based on how much they talk about the program investing into them.

Everything they want can be achieved here. Only schools would be OSU or georgia. And we will pay them both.

Fletch can make more in CFB next year than he would in NFL as a RB
