Another school attaching a HUGE buyout to a coach, another disgusting part of the CFB business model.

How can Taggart walk away 18mill+ richer after spending 18 months in Tallahasse, the same happens every year all around the country, it's ******* ridiculuous.
You could spend 18 million on the students, but the system prefers to pays one individual. Even if all came from boosters, FSU case apparently, it's a HUGE cost of opportunity for the school all around. This system is rotten to the core.


The crazy part is that 90%+ of coaches around CFB don't matter, they're interchangeable, so the best for universities would be to have only the remaining year of the coaches salary guarantee and if a coach left ok, go get another one, but the idiots "play with house money" and do this clusterfvck.

Don’t think Minnesota and FSU are the same scenarios. Also hearing that the buyout is large for fleck’s deal THIS offseason, and drops drastically after next year.

Think he has his eye on ND after Kelly moves on.

Always pulled for the Gophers in the conference...glad they are having a stellar season. Would love to see them knock off Penn State this weekend.
