... there's no way Brian Kelly lasts three more years in South Bend. Natives are restless. Currently in tenth season and they've gotten all they're gonna get out of him. One more year, max.

Nobody here expects anything from gopher football. 8 wins is good, 9 is great, 10 you’re on cloud 9.FSU is a different potential program than Minnesota. The access to recruits is just different. If a guy like Fleck can not understand that then I do not know what to tell you. Fleck also signed this contract before he plays Wisconsin, Iowa, and Penn state. Fans will not be happy for long with just 8 wins every year. It is shocking how schools keep giving HC these contracts before they are even close to the end of a contract.
Another school attaching a HUGE buyout to a coach, another disgusting part of the CFB business model.
How can Taggart walk away 18mill+ richer after spending 18 months in Tallahasse, the same happens every year all around the country, it's ******* ridiculuous.
You could spend 18 million on the students, but the system prefers to pays one individual. Even if all came from boosters, FSU case apparently, it's a HUGE cost of opportunity for the school all around. This system is rotten to the core.
The crazy part is that 90%+ of coaches around CFB don't matter, they're interchangeable, so the best for universities would be to have only the remaining year of the coaches salary guarantee and if a coach left ok, go get another one, but the idiots "play with house money" and do this clusterfvck.
It is called my opinion.
Just like you think I should not be saying anything...that's your opinion.
see how that works.
I don't send you a comment on trying to tell me (a grown man) how to act. As i said before you act as though you have never had an opinion regarding a grown man before. You are a hypocrite because I know you have. So really everything you say here is insignificant.
I think he is making a mistake...you know that thing that millions upon millions of people make every day even if they have all the information they think they need. Its called being human.
I think he is making a mistake. You can disagree...you are allowed...it is your opinion.
I'm not telling you that your chosen profession or your chosen company is short-sighted. I don't have any info that you had when you made those decisions. You don't have enough information to claim that he is making a mistake. All you know is.........Minnesota.
Jagr not have an opinion?! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLI'm sorry i did not realize he was on here reading my post and I didn't know i had any influence.....
What kind of comment is this...?
I guess you have never had an opinion on anyone your entire life....must be nice in that perfect glass house of yours.
Stop preaching to me about what I should or should not do.....
The irony in that sentence alone is hilarious.
But, yeah, you know exactly what a millionaire football coach should do with his career.
Funny when a bigger name school has an occupancy, guys at the smaller name schools start getting extensions. That might keep him there for a few more years. If he continues to do well, a big time school will have no problem buying out four or five years left on a contract.
Exactly! the irony. Funny how you can see irony in my statement but can't see the hypocrisy in yours.
Seriously, dude. Just stop. You have 100 opinions a day on this site but have somehow decide to make this little thing your personal crusade.
We get it, you have some weird aversion for people you assume know nothing to have an opinion but someone you assume knows everything. Enough said. No need to keep commenting.
The only thing i ask of you is to remember this thread. Remember this thread next time you even begin to type an opinion on anything or anyone. Remember how much you decided to insert yourself into my life over a simple comment.

Why do you give a ****? It's a message board for opinions, and the topic is PJ Fleck.
I love how personally you take this. Just remember that I am in your head.
I am waiting to hear exactly why Fleck's decision is "short-sighted", and not just from your $55,000 a year mindset.

I am waiting for the part where you know so much about me that you know I should not have an opinion about it.
When you can tell me how you know my situation i will explain how i know the coach's....deal?
