Flake will be gone within weeks. It’s not just one BOT member who is ****ed , it is most of them. Now for those of you who say they don’t know football, for the most part you are right. However, they are hearing it from everyone.. kids, grandkids, friends and everyone else who they come in contact with. These guys donate way more than corchs buyout. In a couple of weeks flake will be fired and corch will be forced to fire most of the offensive staph. If he doesn’t he is gone. Book it..

Fact is we’re an unattractive program for a proven coach, small, spoiled fan base, metropolitan area that is hot and cold with support in general and not a place most want to raise a family, small expensive private school, weak AD etc.
Our options after the Richt era are grim at best.

If Richt wanted to win more than anyone else, he would've put the most experienced staff around him that Miami's budget would've allowed. He also would've realized that you could throw a rock in any direction and hit on a more qualified QB coach than his own kid.

Blake probably wants to win. He just lacks the balls to confront anyone.

These are the money people. I speak with 2 of them regularly. One who is heavily invested in the program (mentality and spirituality as we are) the other doesn’t know **** but listens. This will get done.they both give tremendous amounts of money to the school. They give me their tickets a few times a year and the ushers literally push people out of the way and physically move barriers for you.

I don't think folks on this board understand how this works, at least with respect to UM.

It doesn't "work" - there's no process, nothing in place to assure accountability from the schlumps the BOT allows to run the athletics programs. They just blunder along, refusing to do anything until a crisis occurs, then they lazily grab the first lifejacket they think they find and cling to that until the next emergency. Please let me know the next time the BOT has a plan, because I've yet to ever see one in place.

Bro Ufag has passed us in every catagory there is, and the last was academics, that was the only card we had left to play now its gone. Their AD will not tolerate losing and i would give anything to have him, of coarse the first thing he'd do is go get Butch Davis because he knows thats the fastest way back, it is what it is, what coach wants to come here thats ever won anything
