Unless “by my side” means Richt is becoming the assistant AD, I would like to see, at minimum, the following hires.

- new OC
- new QB coach
- new OL coach
- new WR coach
- new S&C coach
- new recruiting coordinator

The problem is, who is going to make any of these hires? The idiot who thought it was a good idea to start and stick with Rosier last night or the idiot who thought it was a good idea to hire and extend Mark Richt in the first place? This is the flaw in many of the fans’ logic. The problems go much deeper than firing and hiring new assistant coaches.

Blake and Richt have to go. There's no other fix. Blake is a buffoon and the players hate Richt. I'd even wager if we brought in a new coach running the same offense it would look better simply because Richt is gone. They've quit on him.
