I mean TB, Dugans, Hartley, Banda, and Simpson are all good coaches. Rumph and Patke you could fire but they aren't the problem.

It's Richt, his son, and Searles.

If you dont hire an OC/new OL coach, then nothing else matters

I think Searels gets the boot for sure and his son gets moved to QC/ BS role but is still on the staff.

They spin it as OL recruiting sucked so we need to make a change and he cares so much he would even demote his son.

Plenty of good options available out there still for OC. Who was Chip Kelly? Or Riley? Or Herman ? Or Day? We don't need a splash hire, we just need someone better than Richt , which is anybody seeing that he is the worst OC (no hyperbole) in cfb.

Blake only makes moves when the money forces him to. We'd still have Golden if it were up to him, but he was forced to make a move.

Whoever it is needs to turn it up. Not one coach from the offensive side should be retained.

A legit OC needs to be named and they need to have full autonomy on that side of the ball. Which means naming their own staff.
 
I have no issues wit the defensive staff, the defense was a bit overrated but the reason we lost 6 games was soley on the offensive side of the ball
 
This is actually a good sign.

Now Blake can let Richt know if ish is not much better next year...

And it gives donors, plus administration time toove on.

Next year will be ugly for a Richt. And our next coach starts at 5 or 5.5 mil. Plus staff.

Agree but he's not firing Jon. I think its pretty clear at this point that his generous million dollar donation for the IPF was nothing more than him buying Jon's staff position. I just can't believe we're here.
