Like who? We are a 6 win mid tier ACC program with little admin support and a non-alumni fan base. Who is going to drop their job to come here?

I agree with OP, we need some **** experience on the staff. ****, they as young as the team is.
Look at Mack Brown, I feel a lot better about the direction of their program than I do about ours.
