First On The Field - Offense or Defense

I've heard much debate in the past about whether or not to see the offense or defense on the field first. I suppose there's a good argument either way, but I can't wait to see our new offense.

With the defense we have I’ve always wanted to have the ball first and score first. We have the offense to do so now

I prefer defense first so we can have the ball to start the second half. It also makes me really happy to see the opponents demoralization at a quick three and out, turnover, or defensive score.

Defense first. Need to set the offense up with a short field. Go 3 and out the offense should be good. We don't know for sure how good the O is going to be starting off. I'd rather give them a leg up by putting the D on the field first.

I always to go on defense first because I know I'm getting the ball back at the start of the 2nd half.

Here's the added bonus:
If I score closing out the 1st half, I'm getting the ball again in the 2nd half. That's up to 16 points before the opponent touches the ball.

You are so right. I am surprised they not extend Enos's contract after that drive.

For this game & this game only offense 1st everything after defense 1st set the tone and get the ball back opening the second half

But with an uptempo offense, I want the offense on the field first.
