First ***** in the Armor?

Yeah but look at how they lost.

Reminds me of when LSU whipped us in the Peach Bowl back in 2003, and we never recovered.

I think the Bama era of domination is over. Age is catching up to Nick Saban, finally.

I think Clemson is gonna be the team for tge next few years. Then...who knows.
Maybe you're right but I'm betting on Saban to regroup.

We were dying before the Peach Bowl loss

Bama had just won the NC and was 14 and 0

Bama fans need to grow up take it like a man.guess the teams they've beaten by 20 pts or more have up and threw the game.if they want to claim this.

Alabama is like the economy, on a historic run that will come to an end at some point. What has gone on up there is unprecedented. It would be natural for them to dip.

Agreed, but wanted to upvote due to the “ “disirregardless” line.
I think Tad invented that word intentionally. It has now reached "classic" status in my house.

Other favorites from other posters that we not intentional: out of bounce, for all intensive purposes, putting someone on a pedal stool.

I'm sure there are many others. Probably deserves its own thread.

Bama fans the past couple of days are acting like they didn’t REALLY lose the title game because...Dabo.

While I think this tweet is made up garbage, we all know CFB is cyclical and so the mighty bama dynasty will inevitably end. While it won't be a sudden light switch, I had a feeling Monday night that we may have been witnessing the very first step in that direction. Saban looked old and frustrated and looked like a defeated man to me for the first time ever. In stark contrast, Dabo and his boys absolutely dominated them in every aspect and looked pumped up and having fun. Many bama players showed no fire at all. The entire team looked like they had quit in the 4th quarter. They looked simply outmatched. The aura of absolute dominance that has been bama this last decade seemed to be waning for the first time (felt different from clemsons first win over them). That aura of invincibility has been a big part of what has continued to fuel them at the highest level.

Of course, bama has 5 stars backing up 5 stars who are backed up by other 5 stars. So who knows, maybe they just go right back to it next year and for years to come. Thats possible too. But like someone said, losing puts a highlight on the cracks, and I wouldnt be surprised if we look back in a few years and see Monday night as the moment where the continual up on the cycle first began reversing direction. Similar to what happened to us in 2002 champ game.

Nothing this year gave me more joy than seeing Bama being blown away by Clemson or anyone else ....except ND, OSU or PSU!

That being said, Give the devil his due.

Bama is far from dead and will be in the championship mix for years to come, and Lucifer Saban is still one of the top three coaches in CFB

IF they do have problems in the locker room, I'm betting that Saban fixes it ...and NOT that the program implodes due to some malcontents

Face it, Bama will be around for you and I to hate for many years to come

Kirby got enough problems in his own locker room. Couple Ga friends saying they had major discontent before Sugar Bowl and several players held out for not buying in. Also couple leaving early for lack of touches this season and the Fields transfer had players taking sides. Plus rumors of coaches leaving/getting fired.
Been saying this for months he's got an arrogance and attitude that's wearing on HS coaches, SOME players but only because they're winning or else there would be way more and especially staff members

Sounds pretty believable. Honestly watching Najee Harris he appears kind of overrated tbh. You don’t see any elite burst or lateral agility and if we are comparing the 2 josh Jacobs which is another back on bama roster is far more explosive and talented than Harris imo
