First female COS hired in NFL

Huge Miami Hurricanes fan. Good for her. Dont quite get why her looks are relevant to the discussion. Not exactly something that can be helped. She wants to be involved with a football front office- she's not trying to be Kaitlin Jenner and spreading her buttcheeks for playboy.

In terms of being qualified for the position- yes, she is qualified to be a COS. Were there more experienced candidates that didn't get hired? Maybe. But that's the case for a lot of jobs. Pretty much every job I've had, I've landed over more experienced candidates, but my bosses chose me because I am good at dealing with difficult people. A COS is going to be the HCs filter to prevent the coach from dealing with minutiae. She might be really good at that. She also has FCS football coaching experience.

Also, if you think a woman isn't capable of being in the front office of a football team- Condi Rice leads the BCS playoff committee and says her dream job is to be the Commissioner of the NFL. Do you think she's unqualified for that job?
Agree with you man, just can’t help being butt hurt over the wasted batch of sperm we have for AD/Admin.

Has she even worked for one professional sports team? I didn’t think so. We all know she’s a huge sports fan but has oddly enough been very vacant in any leadership roles within professional sports.

Go back to eating your boogers.

Eating my boogers?

What are you, like 80 years old?

Don’t worry, I get it. You’re just some low level nobody, that doesn’t understand high level concepts and the business world.

Try educating yourself, it might be helpful.

Look up some of the top CEOs of companies in the last 25 years, some of whom had zero work experience when they became CEOs in that particular field. Although in your case, I don’t think you have the intellect to handle abstract concepts like leadership. Clearly, you’re too low level to fully comprehend this.

It’s funny how if you ask the right question, people reveal themselves.

You are 100% correct on everything you said in this thread. Just look at Boeings new CEO. He didn't cut his teeth in airplane engineering his entire life and he **** sure wasn't a pilot or an engineer. CEOs, most of the time, are hired because of their business acumen, not because of their experience in a particular field.

Sadly, some people just are not sharp enough to really be able to understand this(this thread is filled with those people).

She's a very handsome woman

You need to hustle down to the optici . . . - uh - eye doctor - before the sun goes down!

Tell them the truth - it's an emergency!!!

Why do you care how she dresses and how long her hair is? I'm not saying you are ***, but it seems like a *** guy would be concerned about hairstyle and clothes. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Or are you concerned you might mistake her for a man and find her attractive? Again, not judging you, just trying to understand why a person would be so uncomfortable with her clothes and hair.
She looks like a woman trying to look like a man. It looks odd as fk. If you gonna be a **** be a ****, but there’s no need to try and act like a man. Your post reeks of typical liberal retardedness. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Since the conversation with the OriginalCanesCunnt was about a professional sports commissioner, which all the current ones have major experience in their current sport or another professional sports league, your “ point” is worthless. This isn’t regular industry dummy. This is privately owned sports franchises glued together to make up a huge, specific industry. Go back to sucking him off.

I am no sucking him off. I am congratulating him on posting facts in a thread full of nonsense. The fact that you think each sector needs guys with sector experience is laughable. Huge industry? LMFAO. It is far from huge. It may be huge compared to whatever the **** meager industry you work in, but it is not "huge". Top minds are not fighting to become CEOs of the NFL. If you don't think a top CEO could run the NFL better than someone like Goodell you are delusional.

You are legitimately close to retarded dude. That’s not what I said. I said that every commissioner in each of the four major sports have long documented experiences in that league, or in another league. That evidence alone supports my claim that it matters in these professional sports leagues and none of them would hire Condi Rice.

Wait, you don’t think
professional sports are a huge industry in the U.S,? I have heard it all now. You are going all in to support the claim that Condi Rice possess the necessary background to be a commissioner in the NFL.

Don’t bother. He’s already been destroyed, as well as exposed as being an assistant cashier at Walmart. That’s where he got all his business acumen.

I am not talking about Condi Rice specifically. I am saying, you don't need sector experience to be a CEO in that sector. However, if you think someone like Akesh Aurora wouldn't be able to run the NFL because his lack of experience, you are delusional.

Pro sports is peanuts compared to some of the bigger sectors. Look up pharma or other actual "huge industries".
