I'm sure it was a regional affair back then. Odds are, no midwest and west coast writer were giving votes to Miami in 1960. In the NCAA 1960 tourney, it was a 25 team tournament and we got knocked out in the first round by Western Kentucky.

He did, but only if Indiana lost. He said he'd rank Indiana #1 if they beat OSU (they did).
