Well I can tell you tailgating usually starts extremely early for the FSU game. If the Game starts at 8pm, then the gates probably open at 1 which is when a **** load of student will be there partying. Parking and the stadium are the fullest they will ever be, so you need to get there at least 2 hours before (for the FSU game). If you don't want to setup your own tailgate just bring your own beer and snack and walk around, usually everyone is friendly if you're in Cane gear.
The most important thing when picking your seat is not to be near the FSU band. They only play one ****ing thing all **** game and is the most annoying sound you'll ever hear. Of course we have our reply to it, but still it's annoying as **** when its all they do. The Miami Student section is from the visitors 40 yard line to the middle of the endzone the players walk out of. The FSU band is in the top section in the opposite corner of the visitors side.

So on this map the players are coming out on the left? image1.webp

I'm also making it down from the Northeast for the FSU game. My second time. Rented a car last time but not renting one this time. Any suggestions on how I can get to and from the game from Hollywood Beach? Uber, rally bus, taxi? What do you guys recommend

Pretty sure they come from that corner by section 110. Student section would go from like 105-117 (including upper levels, probably some in the 300's too). The FSU band would be around Section 326. I'm not 100% sure, but i'm fairly confident.

You are correct, I sit in section 305. Players come out by section 110.

Being old, I love that stupid chant. Best memories in the world were all those games be beat them in the end with that chant ringing in my ears. Particularly loved it in Tally. I can see it being irritating if most of your experiences are the last 10 years.

You can taxi or uber and have them drop you off outside the stadium. It's maybe a twenty minute drive from Hollywood beach to the stadium. Whatever you do, don't rely on public transportation like busses or trains.

Looking at the games for that day i am thinking FSU game will be prime time. Do yall? Other big games are Texas vs OK, TENN TAMU, and LSU UF. Hopefully it is a 8pm kickoff cuz i'm driving down from Lakeland that morning and hoping to tail gate before the game. Got season tickets but no parking passes. Any suggestions on where to park?

We will be coming from Polk County as well, Seats in 340, Green Lot parking. I'm hoping for primetime as well. Gonna be lit no matter when kickoff is.

Edit: you can get parking passes from stubhub sometimes. An Orange lot pass is only like $100 for the season though.

Definitely uber, I live in Hollywood now the drive is super close, I would imagine uber wouldn't cost so much.

Wading through **** in the bathroom outside the WEZ

The smell of beer, **** and hot dogs at the concession stand near the WEZ

Those old white plastic souvenir cups they used to sell

Walking up the ramp to get to the WEZ

How you had to walk up the stairs of the lower bowl to reach the ramp to the upper deck WEZ

Paint chips and water/**** from leaky pipes falling from the ceiling

No it's ***, and it's literally the only thing they do. All game. The Kansas City Chiefs are *** for doing it too.

Outside as in somewhere near the stadium and walk the rest of the way? That's fine with me

Yeah. Unless you want to wait in traffic in your uber. It's pretty easy.

I understand. But like a song that is playing when you score a new hot chick, the pleasant memories balance it out. The chant was going when Playmaker scored on Sanders. He caught it right in front of me - hard to hate that.
