Lingard needs to be the featured back from the second to early fourth quarter this game. Let him dust off the game day cleats and get a feel for the new offense. Dallas, Harris, and Lingard could be a three headed monster and make it so our running game always has fresh legs.

People may laugh, but he's not the easiest type of RB to bring down. He's fast, short, and thick. Well, unless he's blind sided by a team mate after the play is over.

Only issue with using burns as only a short yard/goaline back is it makes it predictable situationally. Add some PA or some jet sweeps off it depending on the formation.

He appears to be a classic one cut runner. Not a lot of wiggle but when he gets that full head of steam, he is tough to bring down

There's a reason he's always one of the first down there on special teams. Good vision is a huge part of that, as well as speed. Those two things are mighty important in a RB. How many times have we seen guys with all the measurables, but completely lack vision?

I'm not saying he's some hidden superstar, but I am saying he's no scrub. Unlike that Rudy guy so many have tried to compare him to.
